1/2 oz lettuce - roughly 20 calories
2oz of chicken white breast meat - 86 calories
1 -2 tbsp Girard's Caesar salad dressing - 78 - 166 calories
Throughout the day I have 2-3 Tropicana fruit splash drinks 38 calories a bottle so roughly 117 calories a day.
Occasional desert Dreyers sugar free fruit popsicle - 20 calories
Total maxed out - 720 calories
Some things that might be different is I would eat a beef patty with some cheese on it...but that would almost balance out with the chicken salad w/ dressing.
Other days I will eat scrambled eggs for breakfast.
So yeah, most days I get under 1,000 calories a day, and some I get 1000-1200. I am only supposed to eat 4oz per meal, it's kind of hard to get more than 1200 calories a day on such a restrictive diet.

Whoa! You seriously need to increase your food intake!!! At this rate you're losing water and muscle and slowing down your metabolism to a screeching halt. You're eating as much food as a 100lb chick should eat.
Throw away the Tropicana juice and any liquid 'carb' calories (soft drinks, beer, alcohol). Yoghurt counts as liquid calories - if you have to eat it eat natural yoghurt the 0.1% fat kind. No salad dressing.. use italian if you have to which is vinegar and olive oil. No 'tuna salads' they are usually made with mayonaisse (saturated fat). Remove 'snacks' aka junk food and deserts. Eat 4 solid meals a day and 2 protein shakes. Eat a lean source of protein at every meal (chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish/seafood, eggwhites, whey protein shake). At your weight you need to eat at LEAST 2000 calories. You'll be dropping fat and even gaining a bit of muscle if you're hitting the weights hard.
