This is definitely true. I'm not sure how you would have any energy at all to workout with so few calories at 276 lbs.

Honestly, I have more energy now than I have had in a long time.
I swim daily, and when I walk I can walk much further than I have been able to in the past.
For example, the Fashion Show mall here int own is a pretty long mall. In the past I would have been able to walk it, but would have had to sit down a few times or would have been in a lot of pain.
The other day, I walked 6 laps around that mall with a friend, and we sat down twice, and only because he wanted to.
