The 1200 calories a day is a rough estimate based on my normal diet here lately.
For example:
Breakfast Light vanilla yogurt - 90 calories
Lunch Bumble Bee Tuna Salad w/ Crackers - 230 calories
Dinner Chicken Caesar Salad -
1/2 oz lettuce - roughly 20 calories
2oz of chicken white breast meat - 86 calories
1 -2 tbsp Girard's Caesar salad dressing - 78 - 166 calories
Throughout the day I have 2-3 Tropicana fruit splash drinks 38 calories a bottle so roughly 117 calories a day.
Occasional desert Dreyers sugar free fruit popsicle - 20 calories
Total maxed out - 720 calories
Some things that might be different is I would eat a beef patty with some cheese on it...but that would almost balance out with the chicken salad w/ dressing.
Other days I will eat scrambled eggs for breakfast.
So yeah, most days I get under 1,000 calories a day, and some I get 1000-1200. I am only supposed to eat 4oz per meal, it's kind of hard to get more than 1200 calories a day on such a restrictive diet.
