I ran into a similiar situation, I had the top spot on a search and the webmaster that had the listing below me didn't like it, the se recieved many bullshit complaints about my page from this one person, they kept sending me e-mails saying if they get more complaints they would remove my page. Which they finally did despite my efforts to prove what was happening.
