DVDshrink allows you to copy a DVD to another recordable disc.

What you need to do in order to 'offer' content online, is to descript the DVD and copy the VOB files to your hard drive, then you have to use some other tools to resize, select codec for audio and video and finally encode the files to a different file format (such as WMV, AVI, MPG).

Is actually fairly easy, but... if you need to do this in order to sell content from a DVD you bought and did not created, then like evryone says, is not legal.
