Well actually no if black comes up you still lose. What people are forgetting there are NOT 36 numbers there ARE 37 including zero and 38 including zero and double zero (in most USA Casino's).
I was actually a casino manager for 20 years in Australia and in Europe before coming over to adult.
Don't gamble is my suggestion
BUT if you must play Baccarat (punto banko) the odds are the worst for the Casino.
Better still play poker then all you have to blame is yourself if you lose
