The seller likely owned it for a while and had a superior claim to it.
All other recent 'iPhone' domains are probably Apple's --with a lawyer's letter --if they want them.
It would be hard for Apple to prove 'bad faith' for a pre-existing domain, but not for recent infringing domain registrations.
