That's why I'm looking for a "per gig" or billed on "average" deal.

I need to pay at or near 50 cents per "gig that I actually transfer", not gigs that I "could theoretically transfer". (IE, giving me a capped 10mbps line and telling me its the equivalent of 3200 gigs)
Might have been better to actually hear the offer before commenting on what it might have been. Like I said, I read your post & the subject of this thread is pretty clear.

Try Oxeo.. I hear they are good. Techiemedia as well... might be higher priced than Oxeo though.
