It really is not that hard to enforce copyright.
Perfect10, Falconfoto and many other companies that pursue copyright violation have a great business model. Sure it's shitty but none the less stealing content is shitty as well, but not enforcing copyright is just as much the crime.

However 9 times out of 10 you will find what is initially thought as stolen content follow the trail and learn that the content was legitamatly posted with the intention of generating revenue promotion or buzz.

Thats the surprise.
you mean like the guy who ripped an entire site of mine, that Ive had to have removed 4x times to date. Oh how the sales came pouring in. lol
