What's the point of having a support phone # if everytime I call, they tell me to go log into my account and send an email. It doesn't matter if I have a billing question or a technical question, I can call them and they tell me the same thing. According to your misleading website, it says Contact Support (877) 232-5200 9am - 5pm Pacific Mon-Fri. I don't consider it to be support when a drone tells me to hang up and go email someone else for help. Especially when it takes longer then 24 - 48 hours to get a response back.
