While I basically agree with Sleazy there is a down side to being open about who you are.
On another board I openly slammed a couple of guys who didn't like the fact that I called them sharks - now one of my email addys is being hit with hundreds of emails, each carrying a 5.8meg virus attachment.
Our defences are always up so its basically just a minor nuisance but its a good example of why it sometimes pays to remain anonymous no matter how right you are in what you say.
