Remember that the "radical muslims" aren't attacking because Americans have nice lives, drive fancy cars, or live in big houses. They don't really care. What they care about is the US foreign policy over the past 50 years. Kind of hard to argue with the chronological timeline of events where the US has interfered with their countries, people, and internal matters. The US would have you all believe it's just because they hate you, but that's completely untrue. They're just fighting any way they can, it's called Guerilla War, and the US are the masters of this. Probably taught them.

That timeline/track record seems to have been forgotten in the middle of a swamp of media propaganda
BTW... Same situation, different location. It was the same with another terrorist org - the IRA. Ireland was abused for decades by the UK govt and suffered badly. That planted the seeds of revolt/revenge and developed into the modern-day IRA.
Also relevant is that the IRA like a few other "terrorists" ended up sitting at a conference table and negotiation a peace process. One day... whenever that may be, - it is probable the same situation will happen with the Middle East/US, - but - there is the learning process to go thru yet and that could take decades.
