land a tail-dragger plane (in this case, a Van's RV7) on a grass field is tricky. Whats happening in the pic is not the plane crashing straight into the ground, its actually the plane doing a 'nose over' after it landed.
The plane has landed, the pilot did not correctly transition the weight to the tail wheel, and the plane is flipping over on the runway.
