Heres the story as I heard it...

3 russians walk into a liquor store. (this is not a joke) they try ot buy like 3 bottles or something(irrelevant) they give the clerk 100 dollar bill.

clerk checks it with a marker right as the clerk sees the line the three russians realize it and snatch the bill out of the clerks hand and bolt.

this was either right before or right after Putin came here to meet with GW (bush)

the three guys were marked as putin's security clan. Video footage n what not.

so investigation begins
