you could pause a payment actually and buy some time. at the last minute, we decided to lower the down payment to 10% as well. from an affiliate marketing angle, it turns into a recurring sale too interestingly.
ie. sell domainxyz.com for $2000, earn $200
finance domainxyz.com for $2000 + interest, earn $20 the first month, and 10% of the monthly payment until completed....
