Like I said I saw it work and on ss7 boxes its easy to do, Kinda like TellMe.com when they did a wake up call it comes up with a 800 number when they call you they put that into the network so that shows up althouh a 800 number is not calling you its a local line that is.
The data is sent from the CO but that data arrives from your phone so if the dial tone is modified using this box it sends other data.
Again I saw it work I tested it.
