go to your charmap(start->run ... 'charmap' .. press enter) in the lower right it will tell you something like 'Keystroke: Alt+0158' this is the character for 'ž'
the easiest way is to double click them and it adds them to the 'Characters to copy' box, and just cut and paste it out of there. otherwise use the alt codes repeatedly....
note: differant fonts dont show all the same character, and some will show differant symbols for the same codes. so look at the style sheet of the page you are doing it with, and set the proper font in charmap.
some characters are banned from GFY though, i believe.
