Mpeg1 file sizing
How many meg/minute to you guys encode your MPEG1's.
Not WMV or MOV, Mpeg1
I ask because some guy asked for 1 - 2.5 meg /minute mpegs. they look kind of crappy. I'm a decent encoder, I understand mpeg algorithms, it just looks crappy. Anyone got any advice?
