I can't stand those damn street racers.. like any adult wants to deal with a bunch of dumbass kids working out their hormonal issues by fantasizing about Mario Andretti on the PCH.
Highways are for getting from point A to point B alive and well, and back again. You have no right putting the welfare of everyone else on the road at risk just because you happen to be a moron who watched 'Fast and Furious' too many times and you're too young to tell the difference between fantasy and reality.
