Trick.. dvr it, and then watch the 15 minutes of wresting and skip the bs.
Anyway, it's Monday, crap is normally on during that time, and my two boys seem to enjoy it. While the results of the fight and and the hits/throws are designed to not kill a person, they still get rather beat up, really hurt, and those moves would still hurt.
I don't care how you are, getting slapped across the chest or punched in the head, or even toss at the speeds they get tossed at, would hurt like hell.
