the average sports drug test is a urine test, alot of themed stores sell urine purifyers. And mainly the people that sel steroids, since there are many different types of steroids, anabolic arnt the only type.
im on steroids, but not anobolic, and hence its illegal for me to take part in a sports event without the proper documents stating it doesnt afect my performance and that i have used a urine purifying treatment to make it easyer to pass fluids after surgery.
blood tests would be much more effective.
