www.techiemedia.com has been my host for over 3 years now and all I can say is they simply ROCK. I hve 7 servers and a load balancer and do approx 500 megs and never have any issues at all. Their support is 2nd to none and their bandwidth is hi quality at very reasonable prices. Ran by some very old school players that know what their doing. Well I could go on, but you get the point.
