Crazy that's pretty expensive. Here in Vancouver if you need an MRI you can get one for free through the public system or go to a private MRI clinic and pay $850.
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned that it's possible to have a health care system fully funded publicly while also offering some services privately. Why do all the issues seem to gravitate to one option or another?
