Ißm searching a simple Wordpress Plugin ( or just Php Code) to display a simple counter in my WP Sidebar.

The only tricky thing is that when the event occurs ( a new days begins for example) the counter should reset to another 24 hours dounting down.

i only found this countdown plugin :

but its only usable for a simple countdown and then its done

any one have a idea?
