Epass is an offshore company. The problem is they are used widely by people for online gambling, US banks will not associate with online gambling as it's illegal. So they refuse to work with epassporte, this is why some programs dropped them as their bank won't allow their use.

What epass should have done is open two seperate card systems. Like epassporte, and epassadult. One should be for gambling and whatever, and the other just for adult companies, clients etc.
