PanchoDog was founded in July of 2002, although the story starts a few years before in 1998. Rico, at the time, had a couple of brake shops, imported wine coolers & the like. He started out as most of us have, as a surfer. Peaking his interest greatly he opened up a free foot site and asked cam girls to post pics of their feet and face. After a year he had 50 girls and was trading a lot of traffic. However, it was costing him a fortune (or what he thought was a fortune at the time) and so he began looking for sponsor programs that could help him make more money with what he had. In 2001 Rico opened his first paysite. He opened his second paysite in September of 2002. It was called
www.TrueTere.com and it is still going strong today.

Scratch Gets Involved:
When TrueTere began making good money, Rico asked his brother Scratch to help him out with more models and sites. Scratch, at the time, was living in Panama and owned a bunch of copy shops around town. He was down for the venture.
They sold everything and dumped it into their new investment, now known to everyone as the dynamic PanchoDog Program. The brothers endlessly toiled to grow and perfect their program. They had their share of bumps along the way, but they pressed on, sensing they were creating something great.

Uno Comes on Board:
Rico and Uno met at a private gathering in NYC in May of 2003. It must have been love at first sight because after a month or two, Rico asked him to join the PanchoDog Team.
At the time Uno was working on his site
www.TheSopranos.com and other personal ventures, but he had some time on his hands so he stepped on board to help out with all kinds of affiliate matters and relations.

A Truly Global Company:
PanchoDog is a truly international organization. They currently have offices in:

Mexico
Panama
Argentina
Spain
This global perspective has allowed them to do extremely well with foreign traffic and the exploding Latino population in the United States.
The Essence of PanchoDog:
Honesty, transparency, and hard work make up the essence of PanchoDog. Of course the modest Rico is quick to add that being in the right place at the right time has its advantages. Their true competitive advantages are understandably harder to get out of Rico as they border on ?company secrets? but he emphatically insists that they?ve been very lucky in finding and training the stellar members that make up the PanchoDog Crew. As well, working hard to constantly stay up on current trends has made quite a difference.
The Future: HUGE NEWS COMING SOON!
The future for PanchoDog and all of its affiliates and partners is bright. Unfortunately too sensitive to discuss here, Rico assures us that they have some real whammies coming up soon. They will be releasing some amazing news soon so stay tuned. The upcoming announcement is going to give a tremendous boost to all past and present partners of PanchoDog.
