If I can be honest without hurting your feelings... I would hire a designer.... it's not bad but very beginner like. Maybe I am just too use to seeing what the big boys are putting out... but that is really what you need to look like to compete these days IMO.

Not trying to be mean... trust me, I just had my photography critiqued, we all start somewhere and there is a lot of competition in this business..... So you really need to be on top of your game and try to do what the big guys are doing to make it.

Have you ever been to a porn site or cash program? Look at adult.com, hustler, siccash, quickbucks, and so on... see what they are doing, learn from them but don't copy them. See the difference in design, layout, and so on.

your pages are too empty, you need more filler and/or information IMO

NBDesign i know whats you mean with the prhrams you talk about im working with affilaited programs for 5 years now and i know most of them..but its kinda difficult to explain that to the site owner and designer : lets delete all and restart from the begining hehe but ill think about a way to explain ;)

Perhaps sales suck because all sites DO look the same?

Perhaps because everyone is trying too hard to look like "a big boy" that nothing stands apart?

I know a lot of my friends, self included, will not join a site if it looks too pro. That screams upsells, ads, spam, bad service and probably shitty content inside. However many amateur looking sites care about their members and UNDERSTAND THE NICHE THEY ARE SELLING, unlike 90% of the "big boys."

I say... fix your spelling errors, there are a lot, and don't worry about what these clowns say about your designs. GFY is full of followers and it's proven by a post like the one I am quoting. Look amateur, FIX YOUR SPELLING ERRORS, and don't worry about what these clowns think.

A smart webmaster knows its the content that sells, NOT the design. Anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.

Let me add, that I'm talking about your pay site. I'd run with it if the content is fresh.

The program, while you should not have to do what the big boys do, it does need a little work on the front page. I'd polish it a tad.

I have FIOS.... it comes with 15mb download and 1.5 MB upload...

It took a mere 32 seconds to load your page... Any real sponsor on good hosting takes about 5 to 7 seconds with much more content.

So watching your tour made my eyes bleed. Don't worry, since you couldn't afford to pay my doctor bill for the bleeding eyes I won't send it to you.

The girl is good.... But your hosting sucks ass... No one would ever wait for modem speed hosting when they are pimping out cash for DSL/Cable speed internet connections...

iWeb is where you host when you don't know anything.... But I just told you everything you need to know... Now go get new hosting....

Next have a designer clean up your website.
