I use them to pay for my hosting at Swiftwill and since the beginning of January they have not processed the charges after about three attempts. They are sendimg me CC declined messages but when I talk to AMEX, my account is in good standing and they have no record of any transaction. My Rep at Swiftwill says several people have the same problem.....
I used them all last year and never really had a problem so I don't know what is going on.... I talked to their customer service department and they acknowledged the problem but it is yet to be resolved.
