I had two domains stuck over at Register Fly when today I got a phone call from Go Daddy stating that both of my domains were transferred over to them, so they were calling to let me know and to give me my login info. When I told them that I already had a Go Daddy account, they were more than happy to merge them under my other account.
I'm not sure if this has happend to anyone else, but to those of you that are having problems, this might be hope
