Interstitial Terms and Conditions Agreement:
I understand the Interstitial is a full page interactive ad that drives engaged users directly to my website or landing page between pages of a publisher?s website. I agree to the following terms and conditions.
I will not redirect or change the URL associated with the Interstitial ad. Note: To change a URL, please submit a new variation for approval.
I will not use pop-ups and pop-unders.
I will not use malware/malicious code (e.g. virus, Trojans, worms, spyware, etc.) or deliver harmful programs.
I will not engage in any illegal online activity such as phishing, spoofing, or spamming.
Should I fail to follow any of these rules, I understand that I will be terminated immediately and may be liable for all damages my infringing campaign caused, including consequential damages.
