I've lost a knee and damn near lost the whole leg in service to my country. I don't give a damn if I am female, I've proudly served as a member of the armed forces, and would do so again without second thought.

Would I die for my country? Hell yes. You think those fucks over in the middle east give a shit about gender, you think they give two shits about anything or anyone other than their money, their oil, or their desired way of life?
