Idiot of the Year 2003
In order to determine the Idiot of the Year a little village in Germany decided to hoist an object onto the clock tower and the first person to identify the object would be named the Idiot of the Year.
The last 4 years have been won by Hermann Schleim but he died 2 weeks ago, and the officials were sure that he would win it for a record 5th year.
Especially since this years object was easy. It's one of those? you know? two seater pushbikes.
