The Chinese are stealing our military technology by the train load. They have been for some time.
Their nuclear missiles can target US cities better thanks to ballistic missile technology released Bill Clinton.

Much of that technology is now serving the Chinese military onboard the DF-31 missile.

They stole the plans for the W88 warhead too. So when the missiles reach us, the warheads are good too.
