#1 you Get what you pay for, either you are paying for brand name, quality, or cheap parts, depends on what you are spending.
#2 There is around a 10% markup on new computers, so buying a the same model will get you around the same price almost anywhere. (Used computers has 50% - 200% markup by the way)
