Started this site a while back, but had to let it go due to new projects and design work. It TOOK off in the beginning. I had some really shitty feeder traffic running to it and it was picking up bookmarks and traffic at a better rate than any site I've ever seen. The way I had it running was the site's own galleries are displayed in row 1. Trades only in Row 2. The rest of the rows are all mixed. That was working very well, I mixed it up a bit a lil while ago to send more traffic to trades.

As you can see the galleries are super crisp. They sell very well.
This site is in the purest form TURN KEY. All you gotta do is send traffic however you want and it'll take off. Upkeep simply takes making your own galleries every now and again. And adding in FHG and TRADE lists into AutoGallery. Easy as pie! I'm trying to simply remove my current adult sites from my portfolio. I only want to keep my design and partnered adult stuff as work. So someone else can take this great site and make something with it. Only thing I ask, is you please keep current trades and galleries online. I'd rather not screw over the people who send traffic and receive traffic. But, as a buyer you're better off continuing my trades anyway - they're good people with kick ass sites and awesome traffic. ;)
