but bear in mind that if you just insert a link titled "18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement" that leads to a page saying you have 2257 records in your office - you are NOT breaking any Canadian laws (because you are not publishing any personal details of the models), but if you actually HAVE the records in your office and submit it in inspection you ARE. - thats my opinon.
all of this is true if you are not a Canadian OR US citizen.
if you are a US citizen - you have to comply to 2257 no matter what.
if you are a Canadian citizen - you have to comply to Canadian laws no matter what, but It would be a good idea to show good intentions to declare that models on your site are over 18 and you have proof of that.
