We use Adengage and some of the Traffic is OK, you do need to shop around though and use Alexa to see the sites traffic before you do buy a link, we have been getting traffic for a 1/4 of a cent per click, best thing is (and what sucked us in) was the ability to have ad's up within 10 minutes of purchasing.
