well, the whole system wasn't working
because all the /ttrack/ links were broken. i was able to fix that temporarily with an http redirect, so then the members could access. but the admin area was still down and, perhaps more importantly, the sign-up form.
right now, the whole system is offline for a few minutes while we revert to the old kernel.
