I have tried many programs, adult banners, ad's and various webcam sites to promote, the only thing that has worked for me is Seekmo - that sounds dreadful I know - just the Word "Seekmo" sends shivers down ones spine, many webmasters swear against them - but personally I am making a living from them so I can't complain.
For Traffic - cheap traffic - we use Adengage as they support adult related sites, just do a little homework before buying ad's from a site as the stats are sometimes deceiving - use Alexa and traffic measuring sites that you may find usefull - we also like the feature with adengage where ad's are displayed within 10 minutes of purchase.
