Holy shit, I kept trying to load them to mass delete them but WP kept timing out at around 8,000 comments. No way was I doing them 20 at a time. Quick Google search and I came across
WP Suicide and installed the plugin and deleted all the comments with 1 click. Nice plugin to have!
