Its a sweeter meat, Lycanthrope is right about what goes best with one, but I find everything tastes better with Bison. Also if you want an excellent first impression with bison meat, find a Ted's Montana Grill by you.

Yea, Bison is seriously the miracle meat. Healthier than fish or chicken... its filled more omega-3 fats that fish, tons of protien, almost no fat (unless you get it at a resturaunt, usually).
Its fucking red meat that lowers your cholesterol for fucks sake!

Personally, I think it tastes better than normal beef, ground or filet's. Personal preference though..
You gotta be careful though... some resturaunts get bison meat from the same farms that cattle are raised on, and their pumped full of the same steroids and fed the same crap. Its not much much healthier that way. You need to get the "free range" or whatever beef from a grocery store.
