Yeah, that's always been my response to these things.
Do they seriously believe that their great and merciful God would be sitting there going "This guy is peddling sex?? Well, I'll show him!! I'm going to screw with his daughter so that she can't have a normal life! HAHAHAHHAH!!!"
And since they seem to really believe that, then the rest of their belief system then becomes fundamentally flawed.
