in the example you posted above you stated saddam used wmd's against kurds.. you did realise the kurds attacked saddam first . so what your saying here is that its ok to use wmd's if you were attacked first.
p.s. you forgot to mention why they used wmd's on vietnam who certainly didnt attack us first mr history buff
