I'm not talking about running a site or anything and I don't say it should be legal to run a site with girls from 16 or 17.
The fact that it's legal or illegal doesn't matter here.
My point is that what you say doesn't make any sence.
If you call someone that looks at 16 or 17 year old girls a pedo you have absolutly no clue.
I hope for you that you've never looked at some girls ass without being 100% sure she's atleast 18 years old.
