Not gonna get penalized - this has been going on for years - the only reason its noticible now is the last year or so Google has downgraded link popularity and increased trustrank - people that are smart enough to figure out how to auto post to a message board at a university are loving it and making tons
Google has known about it for at least 3 years that I personally know of - and wont do anything about it unless its brought out in a major news outlet - till then - have fun
