If there was a wrong answer you hit the nail on the head for it.
Do webmasters slow down during the summer ? Nope. What the hell ? So all the webmasters living in the northern states don't go out just a little bit more and enjoy the warm weather after a cold winter. The dont spend a little more time during the summer in their pool or play in the yard, or go to the beach??? What about all of the ones with kids? Do you think kids in and out the house all day doesn't affect some webmasters and how much they can work.
Maybe you don't work less, but you are crazy if you think webmasters as a whole don't work less during the summer. Shit, I've heard a lot of people say they work less during the summer just for the shear fact that " the summer is crapy for sales so why work more when sales suck ".
And what is this working harder to gear up for the rush in August crap? Seriously, I never heard that one before. June and July I need to work triple time to get my sites ready for that big ole rush in August ???

Got to stay up late tonight to tweak my content so it will be good and ready for late august.
Some of you people for having been around for a long time I am shocked at some of these things you come up with.
I wonder how many people who don't have kids, don't take vacations and work the exact same amount of hours year round see a drop off during the summer. I can tell you as one of them, I never see a drop off of sales for any time of the year. The only time my sales drop off is when I work less.
