Very true... It sucks when you have to do an emotional and mental disconnect when with your mate just to prolong the pleasure.. sex is 90% mental. Learning the physical control to go along with the mental enjoyment is key. Lots of guys can jerk off and go for hours, then be with a woman they love or think is really hot, and it stimulates them so much mentally that they can't stop themselves. That's not a matter of premature anything or a physical problem, the physical control definitely helps resolve this situation and let the mind be in the right place enjoying the excitement... That being said, it might help some guys starting out to use some kind of trick to help their mental control, but it's good to not rely on that either.
