I think You Miss the point, They ARE one of my sponsors and they HAVE my SSN. If they sent an email saying update your info, SSN etc at the SECURE site I dont think that many folks would have a prob with it, But I will not send my SSN through unsecure Text email, no one should, thats dangerous and dumb.
