We have a TON of users and over 3500 of them are not getting any of our confirmation emails, so we get a lot of questions about their confirmation daily.

We did put it on our site so they will have to look in their spamfolders, but isn't there another way to have hotmail/live put through our emails?

I tried to find some sort of contact info on the hotmail site, is there any way you can get passed their list, by having them add your site in there list or something?
