Ok, so since they haven't responded they in the wrong?
Since a webmaster puts them up they are in the wrong?
Any affiliate program, ever, that ends up with a banner on torrent is wrong?
If they choose to advertise on a non-cp torrent, is it still wrong?
Is the movies, music, porn, pictures, ect you have download without paying for, still wrong?
Did you contact them first, maybe 2 times since we all have mad spam filters, and then wait a few days for them to respond or see if the problem was taken care of?..
